I returned to the place where I do my Summer residency for a sit this morning - so glad that I did. I got a new bird for Quonnie Breachway - Common Goldeneye and new 2022 bird Tree Swallow. I also saw a first of year American Oystercatcher at Quonnie Breachway (already saw it in 2022). Plus three Gray Seals (I think -- I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong).
Although I should have brought my gloves out with me, my hands were cold. Even so -- it was lovely and productive and peaceful. I'll be back soon and often.
