The week has yielded a uptick in volume and diversity -- what fun! Shore Bird Fall Migration begins!

Did an early morning pass at Succotash to see if anything new came in -- then back to Quonnie for a nice long sit.

Thursday started at Quonnie with a raft of 150 Double-crested Cormorants acting as fish-finders for the Egrets, Herons, Gulls & Terns while floating around the pond. Lots of diversity!

A VERY early Sunday morning at Quonnie was lovely, cool and productive -- no dogs or other people! I made someone very happy when I left them a prime parking space.
