An amazing morning watching Northern Gannetts at Watch Hill Lighthouse (I hear they were up and down the coast today). They are usually further offshore, best seen from boats. These photos give you some idea of what fun they are to watch. Also had some quality time with a VERY cooperative Snow Bunting at Misquamicut State Beach. I usually see them in a flock and the flocks are very flighty -- don't normally see them fairly still up this close. Was fortunate to share both of these experiences with Maria. Great morning -- despite the rain.
