I found my first Gray Catbird back in March on my first hike in Grills Preserve. It is a beautiful rich gray bird with a little back hat. Since then I have seen them on almost every birding trip – just a few at first. Now they almost as prevalent as Robins.
I’ve almost stopped looking at them. Almost, I have 30 photos of Gray Catbirds.
Today I was reviewing what birds I had, but lacked decent photos. The Catbird is one of them.
What?
I have 30 photos.
I guess.
I assumed I had plenty.
I need to look at them.
I need to pick the best ones.
I need to update my Gray Catbird page.
They deserve it.
