Owl Banding Act 2

Had a wonderful evening last night Owl Banding. Lovely company, good Owls, great food & fantastic birding conversation. We only had two Owls because a Barred Owl discovered the nets early on and thought it was dinner. Peter Paton (our banding leader) took down the nets to prevent the Barred Owl from coming for dessert. Regardless -- even one Owl would be enough. We also got to belated celebrate Sue Palmer's birthday with a very creative Owl cake from Vesta Bakery.
